The form collects your name, work email, organisation, optional website, and what you would like to evaluate.

Submissions are delivered to Alex's Microsoft 365 mailbox through Resend. Resend's documented default email-data retention is 30 days.

The mailbox copy is normally retained for no longer than 24 months unless continuing correspondence or a legal need justifies keeping it longer. Alex may delete it sooner and handles deletion and rights requests.
